SUPER LARGE FOAM CANNON
Enclosed, you will find Master Blaster Super Foam Cannon completely assembled,
shipped in a free four foot square ATA flight case.
If any items are missing or have been damaged in shipping, please
notify us immediately,
and retain original packaging for shippers
inspection.
It's easy, and will only take a few minutes:
1. Attach legs (included) and place the foam machine as high as possible over the area to be covered in foam. This is so large amount of foam that is generated will not bury the machine.
2. Mix Fluid according to instruction found on Super Suds container. Add Super Suds concentrate to 50 - 100 gallons of water to create fog fluid.
3. Lower tip of hose into foam fluid container. Important: Fill with warm water first, then add concentrate. Make sure pump is not plugged in during this step. Do not turn pump on unless there is fluid in the container. Running machine without fluid will destroy pump.

Operation:
1. Plug heavy duty cable into machine. Lift lid as shown and insert cable into control center. The Master Blaster is user friendly, and the other end will plug into any standard 120 volt wall plug.
2. Push Red switch to turn on fan, Push green switch to turn on pump. Do not run pump pump without fan, as this will result in fluid spilling into machine. We have a safety override that will prevent this from happening, so that pump will not turn on unless the fan is on first. Never run pump without fluid. Master Blaster must be plugged into properly grounded GFCI outlet or electrocution may result.
3. Do not let foam, or other liquids get onto Master Blaster. Protect items that might be damaged with plastic and keep in mind that because foam is liquid based, people may slip and fall. Do not touch Master Blaster when wet.
4. Do not run pump dry. Use only our Master Blaster Foam Concentrate, use of other fluids will void warranty and damage machine and/or minimize performance.
All foam machines are tested prior to shipping.
The most common problems that people experience are that the foam generated is not thick enough, or that the foam produced is either watery or in small amounts. This is due to not having enough concentrate in the water, and it not being mixed well. Keep adding concentrate to your water until the desired output of foam is achieved. You cannot add to much concentrate to your mix, and some people prefer a thicker foam. Stir thoroughly before use.
Amount of foam varies greatly due to temperature of water, temperature of room, type of flooring and type of water. A machine may operate differently in different environments, adding more concentrate will make up for these differences.
FAQ:
Master Blaster will not start / operate:
Plug into wall, then reset GFCI plug. Reset by pushing
in the top button until you hear a 'click'. Important: Plug must
be 'Reset' anytime unit has been unplugged or electricity has
been turned off. Plug must be plugged in and have electricity
on in order for it to be 'Reset'.
Pump does not operate:
Pump will not operate is there is less than 10 inches of fluid
in the container. The pump has a built-in
safety overload protection and will shut itself off when it senses
that it could reach an overheat level. Once cooled down, it will
reset itself and be ready to pump again. This is not a pump failure
or manufacturing defect. If foam fluid is used is to hot,
pump will shut down. Try to keep foam fluid slightly warmer
than room temperature.
** CAUTION **
PUMP WILL SUFFER IMMEDIATE AND IRREPARABLE DAMAGE
IF OPERATED WITHOUT FLUIDS.
Low Foam Production:
Machine might be slightly clogged due to buildup or foreign matter.
Check hose for obstructions. Run plain tap water through the machine for several minutes. This will
clean out the jets and return the machine to peak performance.
Low Foam Production:
If the foam comes out in small globs and the pump is in operation,
then you may have too much water in your foam fluid. Add more
concentrate to your foam fluid mixture until a satisfactory
output of foam is achieved.
Foam is not thick enough:
Some customers may prefer a thicker, or heavier foam, especially
when using the Master Blaster outdoors. To accomplish this, simply
add more concentrate to your foam fluid mixture. Foam fluid
may be mixed 40 to 1 to achieve a substantially thicker foam.
Pump operates intermittently:
For large foam machines, make sure there is enough fluid in the fluid container.
Large amounts of people expected:
If you are expecting large amounts of people, you must build up
a base first, turning the machine on at least 10 minutes before
anyone gets in so that the foam has a chance to build up. Large
amounts of people means faster dissipation of foam. One person
can tromp down or carry off several cubic feet of foam on their
body.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Run warm tap water through the machine after usage, then turn
pump OFF and let Master Blaster fan run without fluids for about 10 minutes
until sock is dry. This will prevent fluids from hardening within
the machine and gunking up the jets.
Foam Fluid Tips:
Fill plastic container with warm water (room temperature or warmer) first, then add concentrate. Mix with stirring stick. Adding water to foam concentrate will cause concentrate to agitate and foam up before it goes into the machine, creating a huge mess! Use only our Super Suds Foam Concentrate, use of other fluids will void warranty and damage machine.
Avoid prolonged eye contact. Always rinse body after contact with foam fluid. Prolonged exposure may cause dryness of skin. If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, leave foam area and wash immediately. Our Foam Fluid is made out of non-toxic materials that will not hurt the eyes or harm the skin. It contains skin softener and will not hurt plants.
