Important: Amount of foam that stays in a designated area can vary greatly, depending on factors such as temperature, floor surface and number of people dancing in foam. High temperatures, porous floors and large amounts of people will result in faster dissipation of foam. Star Light and Magic makes no guarantees regarding the amount of foam generated or the length of time that foam will last in a dance floor environment. To protect floors, cover with plastic beforehand. Foam can damage anything that regular water will.

* Rental - Please Read Carefully:
Rental price does not include shipping or foam fluid. Foam fluid used in machine must be purchased from us, other fluids will damage machine. Foam fluid is non-returnable and must be purchased separately. Any damage to machines, including scratches, dents, breakage or damage in shipping shall be charged to the renter. Renter is responsible for retaining original packing material for return, and insuring all return shipments. Rental price covers cost of units for one night only.

Foam machine(s) must be emptied and returned on business day immediately following day of event (for a weekend event, this would be on a Monday). Additional rental of $100 per day will be charged for small foam machines not returned on time and $300 per day for Large machines. Units should be returned via regular UPS ground, and tracking number will be used to verify return date. In the event that a unit is damaged, it must still be returned on time. Additional rental fees will not be waived under any circumstances. Renter must insure return shipment for replacement value of the machine. In the event that the machine is destroyed or lost by shipper, renter will be liable for damages. Do not return using third party shippers (such as Mail Boxes Etc. or UPS store) or post office, must be UPS, AirEx or FedEx only. Machines may be returned by regular ground freight - expedited shipping (such as next day or two day) is not necessary when returned on time, but returning by other than three specified shippers may incur late fees.

Shipping times are not guaranteed, so leave a couple days extra when possible. We guarantee that we will ship it in a timely fashion, but we do not guarantee actual delivery date since we have no control once it is in the hands of the shipper. If you place your order in advance, we will attempt to get your machines to you at least two days in advance of your event so that you might test it out. Please test your foam machine immediately so that we can address any concerns well before your event. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the foam machine rental. Next Day and Two Day shipping is available to most locations for additional shipping charges. Rentor understands that we do not guarantee the specific performance levels of any machines. We guarantee that the machine you rent will operate as a foam generating device, but make no claims beyond that. Rentors should rely on their own familiarity with foam machines to make their decision. We urge you that when in doubt, rent a larger or multiple machines. People, temperature or mis-interpretation of instructions can all lead to less foam generation.

Disclaimer: All machines are rigorously tested by a team of two authorized technicians immediately prior to shipping. All Jets, Pumps, Machines and connections thereto are guaranteed to be in working order when they leave our warehouse. All parts are carefully packed. Rentor agrees that machine is in good operating order unless rentor faxes completed agreement at least two weeks in advance of date needed. This will leave enough time for you to receive the machine and test it to your satisfaction. Rentors who elect to rent the machine at the last minute (less than two weeks advance notice) understand that they may not have enough time to set-up the machine properly or read the instructions carefully. Rental costs will not be reimbursed for machines unless it is tested and problems reported at least two days prior to event - enough time for us to either refund or repair any problems. Rentor agrees to forfeit any refund request if ordered less than two weeks in advance of date needed.
